During the COVID-19 outbreak Canada Post and postal systems around the world are seeing a tremendous increase in service demands, therefore orders may take longer than usual to arrive. Please exercise patience as we try to get your order to you as safely and quickly as we can.


Where is your store based?

Everything is designed, packaged, and shipped out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped weekly each Sunday. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is sent.

Do you have a tracking number for my order?

The majority of orders are shipped as letter mail. This is due to the size and shape of our products, and our aim to keep shipping costs as low and competitive as possible for you. If you require a tracking number for your order, please contact us BEFORE you place your order.

Domestic orders (within Canada) can take anywhere from 5-10 days to arrive. International orders (outside of Canada) can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to arrive (depending on customs and your location). We apologize for any delays that may occur, but this is often a result of customs of the destination country, and out of our hands.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.

What is your return policy?

If you have a problem with one of the items you purchased, please contact us directly to discuss how we can resolve it. Returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a return.
